CTRL-ALT-AI ("we," "us") helps small businesses set up and use Claude AI. This policy explains what information we collect through ctrl-alt-ai.co, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the setup plan form, we collect your name, business name, email address, team size, and the tools and priority areas you select. We use this only to prepare and send your custom setup plan and to communicate with you about our services.
Analytics information. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Analytics runs only if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. IP addresses are anonymized.

What we don't do
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes. We do not send marketing emails without your permission. We only share information with service providers that operate this site: Netlify (hosting and form processing) and Google Analytics (consented analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics cookies, and only after you accept them. Your consent choice is stored in your browser. You can change your mind anytime by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the banner back.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California and the European Union), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to ask what we've collected. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the form on our homepage and we'll respond within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
Data retention
Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to serve you as a client or prospective client. You can request deletion at any time.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
